Important Updates to the Recycling Schedule

Ram Waste is doing a company-wide reroute soon to help with our operating efficiencies.  As you can imagine, our routes change constantly over time, and over the past 40 years we've never done a reroute!  It is time for us to "reshuffle the deck" so to speak so that we can continue to offer the best services possible. 


With that being said, we tried not to disrupt Buffalo Creek since you're new to us, but we need to switch your recycling weeks from the current "B" schedule to the "A" schedule. 

  • Again, our pickup day did not change - just the recycling week!


This will start in April, so instead of getting recycling service on April 1st, we will service on April 8th (and then every other week from there).  This will result in a longer time in between recycling than normal, so we will be willing to take additional recycling on the 8th.  We ask that residents put any additional recycling in boxes as bags would contaminate the load.


We plan on doing a call blast to residents, but I'm also attaching a copy of our recycling calendar below. 


Yard Waste Reminder

With the changing of the seasons, we wanted to remind you that we offer a seasonal Yard Waste Program. If you are interested in taking advantage of this service – at a reduced rate for your neighborhood – please contact our office at 970-226-3396 during normal business hours, and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help you sign up and answer any additional questions you may have.

 Seasonal Yard Waste Service Details 

  • Service runs from the start of April through the end of November.

  • ï‚·Features 95-gallon cart, serviced weekly (yard waste cart is designated by a tan lid).

  • ï‚·Accepted items include:

    • Grass clippings,

    • Twigs & leaves only (no branches or ground debris).

  • ï‚·Materials should be left loose (bags are not accepted at processing center).

  • ï‚·2025 price is $22.12/month.
